It is one of a few sheets which a patient gave me...........he was wounded and the perforations are caused by shrapnel. So you have a "souvenir" of the last battle of Ypres......" with original "On Active Service" envelope and together with Miss Kathleen Caswell's 1915 and 1943 Identity cards, three WWI Field Postcards and other ephemera £30-50
